I would love to have had something like that to play with when I was at junior school. We just had an asphalt playground to run around in.

yes, they. leave these out at some of the local parks for the kids to play with and they love having them there

Oh that would be fun! A break from the backyard and a trip to the park… looks like cleanup is minimal… it stays at the park. It’s a win-win.

Yes, I reminds me of my childhood and I saw the kitchen mixed with the construction and it made think of adult work situations

Our son would have been in paradise with a scene like this. I’ve probably shared this with you before, but one of the games we played when he was little to pass the time was to count construction vehicles. When he’d start to get tired, he’d ask us to keep counting while he snoozed. He’d wake up and immediately ask, “How many vehicles are we up to now?”
“Um, I think it’s 47,” I’d say, looking at my wife for confirmation.
Our son would shake his head vigorously. “It was 58 before I went to sleep!”
OOPS, busted! 🤣🤣🤣

That is so cute and funny! I’d suggest that both your son and grandson might enjoy this book. It is an alternative take on good night moon. The construction version.

It’s funny. The other day, on my morning run/walk, I came across a similar situation. Only, they seemed to have been abandoned overnight – must have left for the dinner/bedtime break in a rush!

Now I am on a permanent break after years of real work. However, still pretty busy doing all the things I love doing, particularly, travel. So busy …so will take a break during my permanent break…..ahhhhhhh.

Yes, they could! I miss those days. My son has a full 8 bins of toys that he stopped playing with – slowly- by the time he was 6. It’s sad.
Video games and the internet took over. I try to get him outside these days for sports at least.
