it just is a bit extreme this year –

June was cruel – hot, humid, and oppressive. This morning, July first has a different feel. It’s cooler than the last few morning and it’s quiet with insects and birds filling the air with their summer music. It’s the tipping point of the year and this could be 2025’s better side. Love the quote.
