How wonderful. I love that the library is promoting being kind to neighbours. We have such wonderful neighbours here. I am so grateful.

Good work by the library, and very appropriate in these troubled times for America.
Best wishes, Pete.

Wonderful, Beth. It seems like most people forgot even the concept of being a good neighbor decades ago. Hugs.

Love this! This fits so well with my post today about an art exhibit on immigrants in my southern Minnesota city. Kudos to your librarians.

Reminds me of that (smart) saying, “we’re all just walking each other home.”

Today we were good neighbors but returning a run-away dog. However, in general, it is difficult to be a good neighbor when no one is talking to each other. Where I grew up in northern Sweden neighbors talked to each other all the time and did things together. Here in Dallas everyone just keeps to themselves. We have two neighbors we have never seen in years. Maybe the houses are empty.

Libraries are so important. We must fight to keep them going, keep all books on the shelves.

I know librarians are fighting back and students, et al., are helping them. Many people are behind the librarians and readers.
