I’ve never seen one in this setting right off a sidewalk into a house. There is something so enchanting about it. I’d love to meet the people that live there

It seems so random–I wonder if there used to be more woods around it. But it is lovely, and you’re right it would be fun to walk over to get home.

It is located near the edge of our largest park,heavily treed and with a river winding through it. When I walked up to the tiny bridge to take a closer look, I found a path of tiny smooth pebbles and a smoothed down path. Perhaps a tiny stream has run/runs through there at times.

I wonder if a dragon guards the bridge on certain days. That would be even better. Or maybe there’s a troll! Who knows but it’s lovely.:)
Hope your decorating is coming along beautifully. I vacuumed in the dark so I have to do it over again. It was 4:15 and too dark to see with all the lights on. Blah on short days.
