just a few days to go before christmas
it’s sunny and almost 50 degrees
in the lower peninsula of michigan
out come
the shorts, the sandals, the sunglasses, the smiles
the coats stay behind
close your eyes
feels almost like summer
we are a hardy lot.

Haha. 50 is the new 70. We’re 30 degrees now but temps will be “HOT” in a few days – maybe 48!!! 🙂

Temps are funny things, Some people feel frozen at 50 degrees and others are fanning themselves. Here in Portland, OR I rarely wear a coat nor do I ever carry an umbrella. It’s just water, after all. 😉 Enjoy your tan. 😉
