I always stop and say hello to street Musicians, they’re fascinating people…….. here’s a banjo song from the Strumbellas…. LikeLiked by 2 people Reply ↓
thanks for the song, Ivor. this guy was just sitting in his driveway playing, not taking money, just playing for the neighbors and those happening by. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply ↓
What really got my immediate attention was, how the design of his shorts/bermudas went seamlessly into the legs of his stool…… 😉 LikeLiked by 2 people Reply ↓
I love coming across street performers, or in this case driveway. Banjos are big in Philly, thanks to the Mummers. I had an uncle and a couple of cousins who played in one of the string bands on New Year’s Day. It is a great instrument. LikeLiked by 2 people Reply ↓

Such a beautiful instrument that appears easy to play because the musician always has such a happy face when holding a banjo! LikeLiked by 1 person Reply ↓
