Nice poem! 🙂 And that quote of Aeosop – “it is easy to be brave from a safe distance. “ – made me recall a line from a song: “Nuclear tests – are beautiful from a distance”. The same meaning, but I’d say the simile makes it more emotionally striking. It’s kind of disturbing really, but carries truth. In any case, have a nice day! 🙂

I have squirrel and birds eating the seeds together. The cat would make a breakfast out the the birds, at least the squirrel is only interested in the seeds, and the birds seem to be fine sharing.
