One of my favorite things! They can take years of attention and training to create the miniature beauty we see here. And the deciduous ones are just as colorful as their full-size cousins. Loved the photos you shared, Beth!

I’ve seen bonsais, but never in full autumn splendor. I had no idea they changed color just like normal-sized trees. I learned something today. Thank you!

this was new to me as well, for some reason I never considered the fact that they are just miniature trees and subject to the same natural changes

The fall colors are wonderful!!
We have a bonsai garden in Fl as well, but forever green. I didn’t even stop to think that they change colors….. a wonderful perk of living up north.

My brother, Brad, taught me to appreciate bonsai trees during his phase of growing them. They are actually prettier than a potted plant.

They are SO amazing…. And my little story is that I tell after a looong day and a 2h choir rehearsal at 11pm: …. I now feel so good that I could absolutely uproot a bonsai!
