crash-landing.

Standard

plane crash in the park

i may have been one of the first on the scene

it appears no living thing

was harmed in this accident

but things are just a  little bit sadder in the sandbox without it.

“any landing you can walk away from is a good one”.
(penned by gerald r. massey in 1944 after the crash-landing of his B-17 while serving as a photographer.)

  1. We are often able to bear the big losses in life. We expect them. They are shared experiences. It’s those little things that may only affect you that are difficult. And it is hard to explain to anyone else because you’re the only one who cares.
