not sure how this all works or fits together
but someone has a vision
it’s interesting
one thing leading to another
i’m guessing the project has grown over time and may still be in play.

And really, all of our homes are continuously in process, though not as easy to see by others

Intriguing. I’d be watching for progress every time I passed by.
And that quote is so true. Our homes are always a work in progress.

We have a family game called ‚Leiterlispiel‘, the game of ladders. Maybe that‘s where it came from….

How true. We bought a 1930s house 20+ years ago. It had been added onto twice, without much forethought, we thought. So, we pretty much ripped it down to the studs and rebuilt it. We thought it was perfect when we sold it three years ago. The new owners ripped it apart, repainted inside and out, added an addition, dismantled all our decorations outside, and have started their own legacy. Great quote and I love the picture, Beth. :)
