Ironically I was at the dentist … lots of buzzing grinders and scrapers … I was fine, I didn’t cry much at all … 😢

I had a dentist one time who told me, as a way of addressing how afraid I was, that a true coward was someone who couldn’t even make it into the chair. Surprisingly, that helped!

What a caring dentist! I love this. I have a dental appointment in a few weeks, just a six-month check. Hopefully I can handle it. Last time the dentist and hygienist did everything they could to reduce sensory input and I felt so appreciative of their kindness.

I hated the dentist when I was a child. But I have great teeth now so I think it was a good thing.

Dr. Binder had no choice. OK one more — Dr. Ricketts, Osteopath. Seriously. Terrible, terrible, doctor but he had no choice. I did and I abandoned him.

I fear the dentist though for no reason. I just always tense up in the chair. But this bag is really the best! Thanks for the smiles! 😘

I trust my current dentist; I think my current fear stems from having to drive half way across Denver to get to her office. But for whatever reason, I’ve feared dentists most of my life. I do love Heller’s quote.
