put on that easter bonnet
mix up a big pitcher
of sugar and kool aid
just 5 cents a pack
mix in a pack of kids
(free)
sit back
with your own beverage of choice
and watch the parade begin!
what could be more fun??!
looks like these kids
may be on their second pitcher.

Those kids do look sugared-up! 😂
We never drank Kool-Aid (which I guess has a different meaning now).

Kool-Aid wasn’t sold here, but I think those kids mixed in some vodka with theirs!
Best wishes, Pete.

No Kool-Aid or parades at our house. With five kids we were too busy hiding, finding, re- hiding, and re-finding eggs all day long. We were using real eggs back then and the concern was that we wouldn’t find them all. At least not until they started smelling sometime later… The arrival of plastic eggs was a blessing.

I still have our Kool-Aid pitcher – it was metal, not glass but Kool-Aid was its only use — until, well, never mind. :)

well, I’m guessing most family pitchers have a story or two to tell

Cute! Now those are real kids – not the ones that look all so grown up and made up like are in ads now.
Oh, those dripping icy glass pitchers (which we didn’t have…only drop proof plastic ones for us…so not classy like on tv commercials)

For some reason I thought the song was older than that. Hope you had a wonderful day with your kids and lots of chocolate. Who didn’t love Kool Aid? I liked grape.
