A fantastic list! I smiled while reading it. One item popped out at me: “Making fun food sculptures.” This curious reader humbly requests a future post with a photo of an example. No pressure. Feel free to say no. 🙃

last year for Christmas I made a ‘Weiner tree’ and this year, a ‘charcute-tree.’ I have pics of both. ) I love old cookbooks because there was an era when food was really crazy art and where I got my ideas.

Sounds creative with your trees! I didn’t realize that about food sculpture. I thought about the painter who did portraits using food. I had to look up his name: Guiseppe Arcimboldo. Here’s a sample of his work: https://www.thecollector.com/giuseppe-acrimboldo-composite-plant-paintings/

For some reason, taco Tuesday any night is funny to me. And I didn’t know you liked Flamin’ Hot Cheetos!!! Me, too! Well, I don’t eat them as much as I used to in my youth, but they were my go-to during the Pandemic. That, and a bottle of Josh’s red blend. Weird, I know lol
