I appreciate this store’s choice to use a dog squeeze toy
instead of the usual bell, for customer assistance
it just feels more whimsical and friendly
and it makes me smile.

“Please Squeeze”, is a delightful start to getting some friendly service … it’s like the penguin asking the porpoise, “Please squeeze me, and I’ll give you some of my fish”

Oh, hi, Beth! I meant to forward your blog with my comment to a friend but accidentally sent it to you, which is coincidental to thinking (this very morning) that I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your emails but have never let you know. So this is a good opportunity to say I so enjoy seeing them every morning, a wonderful way to start the day 😊. ~Lynne

I love how you always notice the little things along the way. This toy is a cool idea to call for assistance rather than the aggressive bell. That sound already makes you smile – both parties.

Yes, that’s a good one. I would like to see a sign encouraging customers to make a barnyard sound if they want help. 🤣
