for those who came out
in support of our march
big, little,
and in between
the spirit is strong
across the generations
passed on from one to the other.

I saw the protests on the TV news here. What a contrast to Trump’s pathetic parade, and well done to everyone involved!
Best wishes, Pete.

It is the best thing we’ve seen since January 2025! Elected politicians will not act, but the people will voice their right to demand justice and the end of tyranny!

It was so nice to see all the marchers across the US overwhelm the tepid crowd that showed up for Trump’s vanity parade. So heartening to see. 💕🙏

We must all be examples of kindness and gratitude while standing against tyranny and greed. The kids need to know that’s possible.

On the whole I’d say it was a very good day. And many picture albums to fill up the shelves (or whatever devices are used in the future) to tell the history). And there will be children and generations of grandchildren who will say,”See that little girl there?” She was my great-grandmother.”

Yes! And we also had a woman who was here protesting for her very fist time at 105!

Yes! Learn early to stand up for what’s right, and understand the rights you have to peacefully protest…it’s the American way!

I was pleased to see that the majority of protests remianed non-violent. The sheer volume of people participating should be a clear sign that the majority of Americans don’t like the direction we are taking as a country. We are a nation of laws, but there certainly needs to be due process. What is the point of having separation of powers if the executive branch has to question whether they need to follow the Constitution?

Here’s my post about participating in the NO KINGS rally in Northfield, Minnesota:
It was a truly difficult day in MN with the assassinations of our Speaker of the House and her husband.
