sounds hot! we were there too just 2 or 3 days ago, then, thankfully, we had rain during the night from one day to the next and now we can breathe again.

I guess this heat dome is covering the midwest and the east. It’s 80 degrees here with extreme humidity–at 5 AM! It will be well into the 100s here later. Stay cool, Beth.

That was what we had last Friday, and it was awful. We are heading back into the 90s in some parts of Britain this coming weekend, according to forecasts.
