Standard

after a weekend adventure on the water

some of my photos

turned out

as patches of solid shades of color

each a bit different

all shades of autumn, my favorite season

nothing i saw looked like these

wondering where this lovely series of shades came from and how they got there.

  1. I had a similar experience with my camera. I had placed it, fully assembled, on the back seat of my car, but forgotten to turn it off. Apparently, the bouncing of the car combined with the heavy strap to trigger the shutter… which took a quick series of shots of the back of the front seat, totally out of focus, in cognac.
