made it downtown to the hair appointment. saw people out with skis, babies, guitars, coffees, dogs, eating under awnings outside, smiling, calm, and happy, and chatting, and skittering along through all of the weather. what’s more snow and freezing rain when you’ve already had 40 inches or so this month? life goes on. and now i like to imagine that my hair will look stunning as i listen to my’ extreme winter rock mix ‘on my iPod, and shovel my driveway, yet again. we are a hearty lot.
The poetry of the earth is never dead.

Really enjoyed how you turned the simple moments from your day into poetry. I could hear the animal musicians playing to you while you rocked it in your hairdo.

The poetry of the earth nor the beauty of your hair I imagine. Tis lovely you’ve achieved the outside. As I lay languid on the sofa watching Pans Labyrinth draining my phone to the very last drop. So happy your having a lovely day ,

Terrific imaginary or people and creatures alike electing to live life in spite of the temperature. You’ve painted a wonderful image with the strokes of your fingers and I’ve always loved the dancing bears with forest creatures.

You have peaked my interest with the guitar spotting, Beth. Playing outside? Or just carrying in a case? I hope the extreme weather rock mix helped the driveway get cleared quickly. ‘Oh, we’re halfway there, oh, oh, shoveling with some flair …” (Kudos and apologies to Jon Bon Jovi, of course.)

Wonderful quote from Emerson, Beth. Here in the UK it is raining and dismal: we are keeping our spirits up. Nothing like a log burner, is there?
