and i will be there to cheer them on in person tomorrow night.
and i will be there to settle a friendly bet with blog writer friend, mark.

but we shall see, we shall see….

I’m with Eric: Did Khrushchev really say that, or was he simply parroting on old Russian proverb? He was known for being “earthy” but I didn’t think he had that kind of wisdom.

These games are going to give me a bigger ulcer than I already have. There was an episode of MASH where Klinger waved around a dead chicken to put a curse on Colonel Potter. We need a rally chicken or something for morale. Anything.

Did you hear that Bill Murray did a tribute to the Mud Hens, in a “Ghostbusters” sort of way? He thought the theme for one of the games was “Ghostbusters,” so he decided to come out in support of the Mud Hens. He did a parody of Harry Caray, sounding rather slurred on a local Columbus radio station. (96.3) Anyway, it got me smiling on Thursday driving to work, Beth!
