yes, i agree about the fresh start, and maybe look at sundays from the buddhist point of view, ‘if you spend sunday so busy worrying about monday and the next week, you’ll have lost sunday and every moment of joy within it.’
Our kids start back the last week of August. I’m not working in the school district anymore, but I still have the feeling of excitement I had for 15 years when I was getting ready to go back. I’m looking forward to your posts about your new little people.:)

i even felt this way as a kid. i felt like it was a fresh start. it was also the end of carefree time in the weekend, too. that part made me sad.
