It was raining the morning she found the window. Cold, gray, dark, smothering the day. She slipped through the window into sunshine. It was going to be a good day.
I can’t tell you how much I love Neil Gaiman. You made my day Beth. I actually take photos of doors and windows – I imagine who lives behind it, a story brews and I make it up as I go along.
I have had to un-follow and follow you again.. WordPress is not sending me any of your posts. Sigh.
This window is it’s own story. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your pairing of photos with quotes. Always so perfectly well done!

I like the stories we see through your windows. Sorry if that sounds voyeuristic!

Great colors – i am sure that window has seen many stories unfold before it. The colors are vivid and full of life. peace

When I was a teenager, I thought up this quotation to use on the first page of a photo album I was starting: “A Photo Is a Window to the Past.”
