That’s a steep pedestrian bridge, so I’m guessing it’s for goats or sheep, or maybe to keep drunks from stumbling into the next town across the stream.

I’ve stayed in Kenmare! Lovely little town…although I don’t recall that picturesque bridge.

yes, it was so pretty and friendly. it was on the walk into town along a windy road. these special places showed up everywhere, tucked away –
