This is a good idea. There is a bread I buy ( brown super seeded ) about which I wax lyrical to any person or passing lamppost that I might, but I know I should have a go at this :)

thanks so much, liz. we actually created a whole bakery and sold to parents and faculty. they all loved it. the quote is one in my file, when i find a good one, i hang onto it, until i find a good fit for it.
