I try not to think of it as getting older. I prefer to think I am simply ripening!

I never focus on age, chronology is an abstract concept, the mind simply acquires more info, more learning and we simply adapt. However, your governor did the right thing. 👏

I agree, and happy it is not a negative, but is celebrated instead. ps – I love my birthdays and have no problem being my age

I love the word ‘Michigander.’ How cool is that? And thank goodness much of an age is a state of mind.

Not yet in that age group. Prefer to call it classic, like many of the cars in the Dream Cruise. Happy Saturday.

I don’t feel older until I pass a mirror and see that white haired lady looking back at me – it’s always quite a shock. Oh well! Whatever happened to Richard Simmons?

Some of the other teachers and I used to work out after school to Richard Simmons’s videos. Throw in a little Tae Bo, Body by Jake, and Jane Fonda, and we had all the bases covered.
