my heart goes out to all children, their families, and their teachers

senselessly lost or hurt this week in a just a moment at a local school.

as a mother, grandmother, teacher, and human

i cannot make sense of it.

  7. These incidents are so inexplicable and saddening. I’m grateful that my kids made it through school without experiencing one of these incidents, but it breaks my heart to imagine other parents going through this.
