it took a while and a team of busy gatherers
but the kinder were happy to announce
they had collected and lined up
79 rocks
and that equals 1 museum.

When I was in New York (April 2019) I went to the American Museum of Natural History, I and saw a great collection of “rocks” there ..

Another interesting idea. There is so much creativity in the children. Btw. I noticed that you mostly use the German plural of children “Kinder”. Is that another German word that is used in English too? It is so interesting to discover German words.

yes, we sometimes use this in English as well, taken from the German language

That’s really cool. When we lived in the States I watched a movie on TV and all of a sudden, a man said “Gesundheit”. Since I understood it, of course, it took me a moment to realize that it was a German word. So funny.

Both my neighbors bring rocks home whenever we go out into a natural spot. I think they have several museums by now.

Amazing! A rock museum. If the kinder arranged the rocks on a wagon, it would become a rock and roll museum! 🙄 Just saying.

Love those creative minds. I can just picture them excitedly acquiring more samples for the museum.

The kinder rock. Give them some toilet paper to decorate with and they will have a Rock and Roll Museum.
