she is brilliant, experienced, compassionate, and fair, and the first African-american woman to ever become a Supreme Court justice.

Celebration will last for ….. I don’t know how long. The ceremony was uplifting.

This country took a big step backwards this week, so this event helped make that step back a lot less painful! Cue up Helen Reddy singing, “I am strong. I am invincible. I am woman!” And also cue up Paul McCartney and Steve Wonder harmonizing on “Ebony and Ivory, living together in perfect harmony…”
