From the Dumfries Agricultural Show in Scotland (source: bluesky) and kind of scary, but it could just be me, as I have a fear of dolls and that sort of thing. This was an entry in the Arts & Crafts competition several years ago. I do love going to these kind of local shows. A Veggie Baby perhaps?

Oh, this is so cool! It reminds me of what I gave my daughter on Mother’s Day this year. She is expecting her first child in October. I made a baby bed from a cardboard box, put a pomegranate in it, and gave it a face with a pacifier. Then I put a “blanket” on top. The pomgranate was approximately the size the baby had at that time. She was so surprised!

Dolls don’t bother me but this is creepy/scary and I didn’t recognize it as a doll.

A bit creepy. There’s a restaurant in downtown Phoenix that you would not like… a bunch of dolls behind a gate-like wall downstairs. I think it used to be a department store. I didn’t spend too long down there!
