on a trip to the library

who should i meet,

but a giant squirrel.

maybe he’ll be a big star soon

  8. I looked out the window and saw a little owlet sitting on the railing of the back patio. I took a picture through the screen but when I went outside it was gone. I don’t know if that is/was a prime moment or not. But it was very moving.

  16. I’m actually slightly more interested in that Delicatessen! 🙈
    When I lived in canada, we visited a German delicatessen when we had a bit of money, to buy a slice of Finnish Emmental cheese and Italian salami – we were so starved for real food then. Actually, the Canadian squirrels were quite big already then – but only few red ones were seen, most of them the grey ones!
