 longest day

 shortest night

tomorrow

 begins

its slow reversal

enjoy every minute

of today

  23. You know, it hadn’t hit me yet that yes, while this is the longest day of the year, it marks the beginning of the day’s decline, that slow march toward Winter. Yes! I will squeeze every moment of light this day and in the coming ones.

  28. it’s funny, we’re really far too hot right now and yet, every 21st June I feel a tinge of sadness because now the days are ‘already’ starting to shorten again…. I love the ‘summertime’ schedule and could very well live 12mo on ‘summertime’
