The kids walking down the street to the bus don’t look too happy here–or maybe they’re not awake. 😊

Ha.. I’ve you busku, Beth.
I feel for these kids who have to catch the bus at 530 in the dark. They look so miserable.

I was one of those lucky kids who didn’t have to catch the school bus; I was only a 10-minute walk away.

Our first year without the school bus as part of our daily routine. I miss it already! 🚌

Schools here started more than a month ago, but so far I haven’t seen any pigeons driving the buses.

Sweet…new shoes and maybe school clothes…excitement and the bus driver can flap his wings, or arms, either way…school has begun.

We had that book, and it was so good. Well, most of Mo Willems’s books are good.

I remember those days when i simply didn’t want to go to school…… but as Headmaster, well i had to! No, they were great years, i look back with great fondness. There is even an end of year Primary School award, “The Geoffrey Brown Award for Excellence in English.” I go to the ceremony. Why do the teachers now all look so young?
