I have to wear safety shoes at work but once I’m home I plod around barefoot or in flip flops, and I’m coming up for 65 next year – a sign I’ve never really grown up ? :lol:

In Florida, flip flops are worn for all occasions – weddings, christenings, bar mitzvahs, you name it. If I had a water slide to go to, they would be my go-to shoes. ;-)

Too true. Although flip flops are everywhere here now, my childhood holiday memories are all in wellies. Looks great fun.

I don’t think we have any water parks in the UK, but sliding around on damp plastic sounds quite good fun. Being silly is one of the keys to staying young, or in my case failing to grow up
