  1. Mind boggling. I get winded walking up a flight of steps and can’t even imagine wanting to do this much less doing it. And he did it on 4 hours of sleep a day. I have 4 hours and I’m a cranky mess all day. He rows for 20 hours after 4 hours of sleep. For 30 days in a row.

It’s mind boggling. It’s either sublime or insane. Or in the weird border area between them that is a zone for prodigies.

  2. This is awesome. I was reading something a while back about a man that claimed to do this and they thought he may have been “full of $hit”. Stories about pirates and losing his radio and whatnot… couldn’t have been more than 3 years ago. This is a super story and for a great cause makes it that much better!! great read, Thank you

  3. OH, HOORAYYYY! I thought of Mark last night, actually, while my husband and I were watching “The Walk.” It’s extraordinary what humans can accomplish when they dig deep for something they truly believe in.
