  1. So timely, Beth! Love it. We need more giraffes. BTW, I lived in Emerson’s Divinity Hall dorm room at Harvard Divinity School Fall Term of 1981 — an ant living in a giraffe’s atrium. Any way, I keep Emerson close by my side at the cabin next to the wetland.

  2. Had to read this three times and I’m still not sure I fully grasp it – but it is beautifully put in words and of course, Emerson is a Master! The photo itself is stunning…. and you put it beautifully in context!
