Years ago, my older brother and his classmates convinced their teacher, (it was a one room schoolhouse with grades one to eight) to climb up on the roof.
They then took the ladder away.
Think it was late in the afternoon, time to go home when they put it back.
I didn't have my glasses on.... 
That looks like my third-grade homeroom teacher. Man, she has been teaching for a long time!
