Candy corn season is here, and Brach’s is launching its first-ever fragrance. The official scent of fall: Ode to Candy Corn, a decadent eau de parfum that smells just like the iconic treat tastes. It captures the coziness of the season in every spray and features notes of creamy vanilla, spun sugar and honey.

personal note:  my plan is that i’m going to opt out, buy a bag of candycorn,

 make a necklace and earrings out of them, and i can wear the scent of the season for $2.99,

bonus: i can safely ingest them and won’t have to avoid birthday candles or lit pumpkins.

  3. Before I started blogging in 2012, I had never seen nor heard of candy corn. Then all the American bloggers were writing about it, so I was intrigued. It isn’t generally sold here, but is available from Amazon, and other online retailers. I doubt I will be trying it. 😊

    • it’s really weird, only eaten and mostly available during halloween/fall season. you’re not missing a lot, but i do indulge a bit around halloween. someone described it as eating birthday candles and sugar, a good description. it’s. love/hate kind of ‘treat.’ i much prefer chocolate –

  16. I would horrify some of your readers. As a kid, I could ingest a candy bowl full of candy corn at a time. It’s addictive. If I bought some for kids at the door today, I’d still be tempted. The idea of wearing the scent of candy corn would probably send me over the moon, and I’d look for every last piece made for today’s candy-overloaded kids.

    • I do really like it but only for short time in the fall and if I have it sitting there, just keep eating it. Other than that, never drawn to it. Something about it is very addictive or it’s a love/hate candy. I’m really a chocolate fan
