Absolutely – in fact even though studies have all shown this to be true – there is a cultural resistance in the US and Canada to allowing adults to do this. The proof is in and undisputed that people make better decisions and are more efficient when they are encouraged to nap in the afternoon. Still corporate America has always pooh=poohed this.
