  1. Over the years our faces tend to grow in a certain position. I’m glad you are smiling and not frowning. 😉

My daughter’s Barbie House with all the trimmings is still in my closet. For 30+ years I keep telling her to come and get the stuff.

My face has grown into that INSISTENT look. Doesn’t work on my daughter, but very helpful when dealing with husband. 🙂

  2. Goodness me Beth – and all that girly pink colour too!!! Some days I seriously wonder how high the tolerance level of Americans can be – as this ranks pretty high on my kitsch level!
But then, of course, because I absolutely love and adore you, my ‘kitsch’ becomes your ‘beauty’ and your fun gets (just) acceptable to me – so all is well! 🙂
I’m the ‘crazy wild child’ of the family – I daren’t even think of what the rest of my siblings’ wording would be…. Tks for the laugh and friendly head-shake!

  3. The quote in the last line is very relatable 😅 I’m in my late teens and will never outgrow jumpy castles, Disneyland, some toys and so much more! This post is so sweet it literally made my day! 🥺 I’m glad to know I’m not alone in my childish obsessions.
