I’m not sure that Sinatra would have said that but may it be – whatever – it’s a great quote.
I have aquaintances from earlier times in France who live now in Quatar and war-involved countries – they can see the bombing from their windows and it’s not something one would expect ever to happen to oneself. Terrible, horrible, and to what end?!
So let’s have peace and love our neighbour.
