Hmmmmm…..not sure “snack salad” is an accurate description because dont we all think of “salad” as being fresh? Still, it’s a unique way to push snack items, right?
I’d try it. Seems like “dressed up” kale chips. I think I would like it as a crunchy salad topper, if not by itself. I love a kale salad with nuts and seeds and dried fruits, so I think this has potential. And it seemed like someone needed to be on its side, lol!
What? Dried salad? Whatever next? What was that PR Team on when they came up with this idea?
I do however add seeds mix to my fresh salads. Makes them crunchier and interesting.
Nor me. That sounds horrible! 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.

Intriguing though, not as a substitute for salad, but may be good as something weird and different to try as its own thing.

Somebody somewhere thinks there is an untapped market of dehydrated salad eaters. Good luck with that!

I’m picturing the marketing meeting where they all think this is a terrific idea. I feel sad for them. (Dehydrated water next?)

Sad clown faces everywhere in that meeting. Yes, the water will be sold in an empty bottle

The levels of odditity represented by this product could be amusing, if it weren’t so sad.
