what about making
a tiny carry-out espresso cup
instead
that reads:
“just a quick shot to enjoy
as we’re sure you will
soon be arriving
at your destination?”
i could really go for that.
grab paper and pen
put it in writing
give it to the wise woman
see how yours compare.
she will fill a little bag with your writing
toss it onto the big pile of troubles
put it into perspective.
